I am looking for customer service advisors/consultants to work for this prestigious National client based in Sheffield.

If you have a confident telephone manner along with basic PC skills are willing to learn, full of initiative and enjoy building rapport with customers over the phone I want to hear from you!

These roles involve handling inbound customer query calls and also when fully trained on the products to be able to upsell by identifying where the customers will benefit from other products. You will be rewarded with great bonuses.

Varying shifts over 24 hour, 7 day week operation. Rotas given out in advance and will accommodate you where possible.

Temporary and permanent positions available.
